Terms and conditions

Payment is always made directly after the conclusion of the therapy session.

At the end of the treatment series, you will receive an invoice. With this invoice and the approved refferal, you can apply to your health insurance provider for reimbursement of the costs. The amount of the cost reimbursement depends on the respective health insurance provider. If you want to know more you can obtain the current information directly from your health insurance provider.

Please arrive on time for the scheduled therapy appointments.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify me personally at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone. If you are unable to reach me by phone, please leave me a voice message on the mobile mailbox.

Missed appointments that were not canceled in a timely manner need to be paid for without exception.
